I have spent the last decade in the health and wellness space where I have had the opportunity to write about, exercise with and work alongside rockstar women...just like you! After marrying my high school sweetheart, I could not wait to become a mother and knew as a pre and postnatal exercise specialist that I could head into this wonderful journey feeling strong, confident and empowered. It is my goal to support others to not just survive but thrive in the exciting journey ahead.

After marrying my high school sweetheart, I could not wait to become a mother and knew as a pre and postnatal exercise specialist that I could head into this wonderful journey feeling strong, confident and empowered. It is my goal to support others to not just survive but thrive in the exciting journey ahead.
READ MY STORYWhen I became pregnant, I knew that Lauren had vast knowledge of how to safely and properly train women through every stage of pregnancy. Outside of our immediate families, Lauren was the first and only person we told about the baby during the first trimester so that I could continue to properly and safely train. I felt confident and trusted her to guide me through each trimester, maintaining my strength and preparing my body for delivery. Lauren not only has the knowledge and skill to create programs designed for pregnancy but she tailors them to the needs of the individual person. She listens to her clients and makes sure that your physical, mental and emotional needs are all being met!
Lauren is truly a remarkable person. Pre-pregnancy she helped me slim down and tone up for my wedding, during pregnancy she helped maintain my strength while preparing my changing body for delivery.

I have been training with Lauren for close to two years. She helped me look and feel my best for my wedding and most recently helped make sure I was healthy and strong through my first trimester of pregnancy. She took the time to explain the different types of workouts we will do throughout each trimester and postpartum. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to exercises preconception, prenatal and postpartum. She explains the different changes you go through and which exercises best compliment you through them.
I feel extremely confident and comfortable working out with her. I trust that she always has both my and my baby’s best interest and safety at the forefront of her mind. I am so grateful to have her as a trainer, resource and most importantly a frien.

I started working with Lauren when I was seven months postpartum and needed something for myself. Lauren pushed me beyond what I thought my postpartum body could handle in a way that I didn't even realize she was doing until after it was done. Each week I feel stronger and more capable in my own body to do the everyday tasks that motherhood demands and most importantly, I have the strength to play with my baby. I have the stamina to dance around the house with him for hours without feeling depleted. I can bend down and pick up his toy when he drops it on the ground 50 times. Our program pushes me to the exact limit I need every week to leave me feeling strong physically and mentally. I'm so grateful for our time together and can't wait to continue getting stronger and more confident in my body.
